# Has anyone had their Super 6 desktop need repair?

So unfortunately my Super 6 has a hardware issue and was told by UDO it needs to be sent off for repair. I’ve had it for a few years now and I’m guessing my warranty is no longer valid. Anyone ever have to deal with this? And I’m scared to even ask how much the repair cost was…

I had to have my FW flashed because an update failed 3 years back. I live in LA so they have a dedicated shop here because Hollywood, so I didn’t have to ship it and the service was covered as I was under warranty. I just drove over and dropped it off, picked up a few weeks later.

I actually think I have another issue now after not having played it for a while, so I’m doing some research before I flag it up. Good luck with yours.
