Anyone here experienced this problem? On boot the leds for Env trigger, LFOs turns on for a short time and then nothing more. I contacted UDO support to see what could be the problem. ---

Had it. You need to load in record patch mode and write bin file to the disc. It’s strange, but it could be damaged or disappeared. Need to be renewed. ---

Thank you mate but it looks like I cannot even enter the firmware update mode. The gemini wont even pop up as a drive neither on my pc or mac when holding patch + starting the synthesizer ☹ ---

Heres an update on this case. UDO confirmed that this is a hardware failure and I am sending my Gemini for warranty repair. ---

I had this issue too and the unit needed to be replaced. Nothing to do otherwise. I have not had a problem with my new unit. ---

Here’s an update on this old post. My super gemini has now returned from service and it works like a dream after main board replacement / system board. 🤩 And of corse this was sorted out for free on warranty repair. It’s kind of interesting that I did actually notice some small issues before the mainboard checked out which was volume differences on voice rotation and ribbon controller did have a gap at the end like a zone where it released it’s value. Now everything works as expected! And service was excellent just the patience to wait for everything to be done. 🤘
