Here’s the release notes for anyone interested

• Poly 2 Mode
- Allows for fast sequences of notes with long release times
without creating a muddied or dischordant sound canvas from
overlapping release tails.
- Great for fast chord sequences and emulating vintage synths with
lower voice counts
Try it:
- Set Voice Assign mode to POLY 2 and set ENV2 (VCA) Release to max
- Play a chord and let it ring
- Play another and hear the release tails politely curtailed
• Binaural Mode Enhancement
- Added subtle imperfection to envelope curves Left/Right.
Produced a pleasing natural movement and enhances the
Binaural mode making more out of the stereo analog
signal path.
- Most noticeable for resonant filter envelope sweeps and envelope
pitch modulation.
Try it:
- Setup a patch with a slow & deep ENV-1 to filter sweep. Medium
to long decay and release times and plenty of resonance.
- Listen for pleasing movement during the release tails and decay
phases.
- Toggle Binaural on and off to compare
• RBN-1 Intelligent pitch and expression integration
- Only for use with the RBN-1 Accessory. Intended for Super 8
users who wish to add the ribbon control already present in the
Gemini.
Try it:
- Connect RBN-1 Ribbon Controller to Expression Pedal input (EXPR)
- Power ON whilst holding button P6 (“EXPR”). An LED flourish
will show the mode has been entered and will repeat every power
cycle as a reminder that the Expression Pedal input is in
Pitch Ribbon Mode.
- Press and hold a key and move your finger on the ribbon surface
to experience smooth pitch expression
- Mapping the EXPR source (now the ribbon) to any destination
in the mod matrix will disconnect it from intelligent pitch
control
- Clearing the Mod Matrix (SHIFT-\>CLEAR) will re-connect the
RBN-1 to the intelligent pitch control
- To exit Pitch Ribbon Mode and return to normal Expression Pedal
mode, press and hold MANUAL for \>5s to reset global settings.
• Bender Lever decoupled from Aftertouch-\>Pitch control when LFO2 ON
- A frustration for some users was that previously, to stop
aftertouch affecting pitch when LFO2 ON , the BEND-\>DDS Amount
fader must be reduced to zero, meaning the bender lever action
is also zero.
- In this version, turning LFO2 ON defaults the bender lever pitch
bend amount to +/-2 semitones, independently of the BEND-\>DDS
fader. The BEND DDS fader in this settign now controls the
Aftertouch-\>Pitch bend depth exclusively
Try it:
- Load INIT PATCH
- Turn LFO2 ON in the performance control section
- Adjust BEND-\>DDS amount fader to control Aftertouch-\>Pitchbend
amount
- Moving the Pitch Bend Lever should give you +/-2 semitones bend
Fixed / Improved
• Modulation of LFO1 Rate in non-binaural mode has now independent
control for each of the 20 (16 Super 8) voices
• Effects (Delay and Chorus) can be used after an filter Autotune
routine (SHIFT-\>TUNE) or reset of global settings
(press and hold MANUAL for 5s). Previously required a power cycle
