Hey guys… so bought my super 6 half a year ago, and recently I noticed that it started to have some pitch problems - pitches are different when I switch between presets, and some pitches are even in micro tones. I tried global reseting the device multiple times but didn’t fix; installed the latest software, which fixed the issue for 3-4 days and the problem occurred again. Probably best to contact support directly ([https://udo-audio.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new](https://udo-audio.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new)) , especially if the symptoms reappeared after a reset. I initially thought maybe it was just a cross modulation issue i.e. when a patch uses Cross Modulation to any extent, it will likely present at a different pitch to the initial patch, as there doesn’t appear to be per-patch tuning. But this wouldn’t explain the drift after a reset! Hope it gets resolved soon 🙂
