# Please make an “all” black color RBN1 Ribbon Controller / Yamaha M8X

I own a Super Gemini but I also have the new Yamaha Montage M8X. The M8X tiny ribbon sucks. But the pictures I see of the soon to be available RBN1 have a white and black color scheme. I would like it all black so this can be added to the M8X. Everyone that owns an M8X would like a nice long ribbon controller. Yamaha really made a poor design choice to not have a ribbon like they used on the CS80. For what it’s worth, I own a CS80 so I get to compare the Super Gemini and the CS80 - these two synths have fabulous ribbons, sound and aftertouch. The M8X has great aftertouch but no ribbon.
