# With Local mode disabled, transposing by octaves doesn't work

Hey, noticed that with Local mode disabled, transposing by octaves stops working, i.e. it keeps last setting and doesn’t react. Though, shifting by semitones (using the same switch but with Shift button) does work, which makes me think it’s a bug.

Please, address.
