Question: is there a preferred way to report bugs or make feature requests in this forum?

Maybe this is documented somewhere, although the Community Guidelines don’t mention it, so I figured I’d ask.

First, just to confirm: is this forum the Right Place to report bugs and make feature requests for UDO products?

Second, if so, is there a preferred way to name and tag posts so that UDO staff are sure to see them? I see that there are post categories like “UDO Audio Gear” and “DMNO”, and I also see optional tags like “issue”. I assume that it’s best to tag something with “issue” if it’s a bug or feature request, but I don’t see anything that details the expected convention. My goal is to follow whatever the convention is so that the reports get maximum visibility to UDO.

Third, if this is the right place for such reports, how can I tell that someone from UDO has read and is going to attend to those reports?

FWIW, I did just find this post, Note on Tech Support , but it isn’t clear to me whether that means “you shouldn’t report bugs or feature requests on the forum”, since to me, “tech support” is help using the product, not reporting issues with it. Anyway, I see others reporting issues here, too, so I hope that this is the right place to do it!

The best way to report issues, bugs etc is to email support@udo-audio.com by there own admission, theses forums are not monitored for that purpose. They do however, pop up on here now and again
