Just a quick thanks for replacing my keybed. I damaged it, completely my fault, I was fully expecting to pay for this repair, but no, you did the whole thing for free, then sent it back as new, with another high quality printed new manual, high quality hand made cover, I even found a brand new power supply in the box.
