Looking for release notes for 0.24

What were the changes between 0.23 and 0.24? I just downloaded 0.25 and unfortunately the release notes only mention the current version changes, not all of them, and I can’t find a download link for 0.24.

(Maybe something to add in to future release notes?)

It was beta test only, probably too many problems to be a public release. Seem to remember 1.22 was never released publicly either.
