Some destinations have only a mono channel. For example resonance does not have a L and R destination. That means that for some matrix mappings, one needs to put Binaural ON (6voices) for expected behaviour. Unfortunately this is an analogue limitation in some cases on the super 6, there are some others destinations that might reasonably be tweaked to be 12 voice later.
