I’’m encountering an issue with my Super Gemini. While creating a patch and using the HOLD option, the device suddenly stopped producing sound out of the blue.
I’m running the latest firmware. When I press the INITIATE button, I can hear a faint noise in the background, but nothing else happens.
I experienced a sudden loss of audio on day one night one, turns out I accidentally turned off LOCAL. I’m new, wish I could suggest other options, but I thought I’d share just in case others have the same issue
I’m still a few days in, but I also had another similar experience with very faint sound. I am using a patch bay, some external powered monitors along with another piece of gear going to those monitors via the patch bay. If that other keyboard is turned off, I will get close to no sound even through the headphone jack(that’s a new one for me). Google search suggests it’s maybe an impedance mismatch, which sounded right. All I have to do the fix is keep the other keyboard on, or I could get a mixer. interesting problem. -PS for me at least, this forum can create powerful doubts, I had non responsive upper hold behavior on my sustain pedal FS-6 and thought oh no here we go…turns out it was bad cable.
Just had this start as well. Add it to the laundry list of problems with this synth. I’ve restarted it 3 times in a row and it keeps coming back. One of the times all the buttons started flashing randomly…
