Gate length setting for SEQ/ARP

…. Though ideally gate length should be available per step, see my Mega Sequencer Wishlist - #9 by Zvuk

… Even a simplified gate length setting would be welcome, as is available on i.e. Arturia Keystep Pro, where gate can be set in percentage of note length (10, 25, 50, 75, 95)

This is one thing I really miss on the Super 6 (ok, this and the ability to change the clock divisions when running with the internal clock, not just when hooked up to an external clock source)
