Jungle SubBass

YO!

I’m tryin to make a classic jungle pitch-divey bass on the S6 and I’m running into an issue. So, the sine wave on DDS 1 with an inverted env 1 to pitch sounds absolutley spot on incredible, BUT, the relase stage causes the pitch to swing back up to its starting level when you release the key, as the env is inverted. Any idea on how to get around this, short of just sampling the damn thing?

Thanks!

You could try a longer ENV1 release and a short ENV2 release (or use fixed square shape) so the not cuts off before the pitch returns. ENV1 release should be timed so it returns somewhere near zero before the next note on. This way you won’t hear the ENV1 return to zero when note released

Righteous, thank for the tip.
