Could one of the lucky early recipients shed light on the answer to this: does ENV 1 support keytracking, as described on the DMNO’s technical specifications section on the website?

I don’t see anything related to this in the DMNO’s 1.0 manual, and wonder if this will be supported. The DMNO does not have the physical KEYTRACK toggle switch that is present on SG’s ENV 1 section, so key tracking would need to be either implicit in loop mode or configured via a menu or key combo, I think?
I’m really excited that OSC 2 can be used as a first class mod source, so we can do the classic modular trick of modulating a filter cutoff w/ the oscillator itself. And I’m pumped that Wave Modulation is supported in DMNO. Can’t wait to play it, and in the meantime for the first wave of content put out by the first recipients!
I ordered my DMNO on Dec. 5, 2025 from Kraft Music in Wilwaukee, WI. via reverb-dot-com. I live in the Pacific NW of the US. I am hoping that I will get a shipping notification soon from the seller. Congratulations on all who have received their DMNOs! This is really exciting for me. So much so, that I have already read the manual a few times so I can be ready to get creating with the DMNO upon arrival.
Also now the Synth is out in the wild, maybe time to create a new category in the forums? So not all DMNO content has to be funneled into this 1 thread? @udo-audio
I’ve ordered a white DMNO - very excited. Does anyone know - does the RBN-1 fit above the keyboard and does it work with the DMNO? I use one with my Super 6 but very interested to try it with DMNO.
I did the measurements on both the RBN-1 and the DMNO, and it looks like it will fit and will work. I have not received my DMNO yet, but I will be looking to get an RBN-1 for mine as well. I am not sure that the current firmware supports the RBN-1, though. Perhaps someone who has both will give you a definitive answer. I, too, am seeking an answer to this question.
I would expect RBN-1 to work already, since
- it is just an expression pedal input, rather than something that requires custom integration,
- and we have this video above from @rjamesjers that demonstrates using the expression pedal to modulate filter cutoff.
But that said, I haven’t received mine yet, so I can’t confirm the integration works as expected given the above two facts.

– Resolves an issue where changing to or from patches using the arpeggiator, or toggling the arpeggiator on and off, could introduce an unintended noise “puff” and trigger unexpected portamento slides on newly played notes.

I read on another forum someone claimed the DMNO oscillators are always phase reset on key on events, not proper free-running, is this correct?
Seems to be the case, yes - unless there’s a setting that I’m unable to find.
Very much hoping for freerunning osc in an update. Seems like a big oversight otherwise. Also plenty of demand for it on GS.

No, I don’t believe any retailer in the US has received them yet. Really hoping to get this before Superbooth, but it seems unlikely…
I was told that the US distributor was expected to receive them within 2-4 weeks as of this week.
