Anyone here experienced this problem? On boot the leds for Env trigger, LFOs turns on for a short time and then nothing more. I contacted UDO support to see what could be the problem.
Had it. You need to load in record patch mode and write bin file to the disc. It’s strange, but it could be damaged or disappeared. Need to be renewed.

Thank you mate but it looks like I cannot even enter the firmware update mode. The gemini wont even pop up as a drive neither on my pc or mac when holding patch + starting the synthesizer 
Heres an update on this case. UDO confirmed that this is a hardware failure and I am sending my Gemini for warranty repair.
I had this issue too and the unit needed to be replaced. Nothing to do otherwise. I have not had a problem with my new unit.
