Hey everyone,
I just bought a new Super 6 ST49. After using it for around 20 minutes (just going through the presets) all the lights went off and no sound was coming out. I turned it off and on again, but it didn’t startup. I could hear an impulse through the amp, like it connected, but nothing on the synth lit up and it’s didn’t make any sounds. I’ve tried many times and I keep getting the impulse response in the amp, but the synth never starts. I read in previous threads about slowly turning it on and tried that, but still nothing. I’ve reached out to support, but as it’s the weekend now I don’t expect to hear back until next week. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen to their Super 6.
