Super 6 won’t boot up

Hey all. I’ve tried emailing UDO support about this but I’m not hearing back so I thought I’d try here as well

My Super 6 isn’t working. When I turn it on, all the banks flash continuously with no sound. When I connect it to my Mac, only a folder called “NO NAME” appears, rather than the usual folders I’ve seen when doing firmware updates previously.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Same issues here mate. I had to send it in to a certified UDO repair shop for a factory reset in Canada. It works most of the time now, however, intermitantly it’ll FREEZE or not boot properly. I randomly tried holding the MODE button for a couple seconds, power it on and quickly release it. It worked for me, but was not supposed to do anything for booting. Terrible harddisk on an otherwise awesome synth. Not worth sending it in again, unless the harddrive is replaced IMO.
