VCF Drive toggle not working properly?

Hey y’all. I don’t think my filter drive toggle works properly. When turning it from OFF to 1, nothing happens. But when going from 1 to 2 there’s a major difference in distortion & harmonics. I thought it at least would be a subtle difference when switching it to 1, but there’s no audible difference at all, compared to OFF.

This synth is brand new and I´ve had it for like 3 weeks and haven’t really thought about the drive toggle.

This is also the second super gemini for me, the first one had a motherboard replacement and was gone for like 10 weeks and still wouldn’t work properly so I got it replaced.

Does anyone else have this issue with the filter drive toggle?

The lower and middle positions will sound the same with no resonance.

Lowest position = no resonance compensation, passband level will drop with applied resonance (smoother sound)

middle position = filter input resonance compensation (increases input drive with resonance, harder character)

Top position = overdrive (driven/ saturated sound)
Noting that the amount of overdrive reduces with resonance also (an analog phenomenon)

Thank you for clarifying this for me. I must admit, I was a bit worried that there were something wrong with this unit.
