The Pan (Mix) knobs are not working, even via the headphone outputs. Pressing shift or pressing and holding shift does nothing.

Update: a reboot fixed the issue. Typically with this instrument, without a screen to provide some indication of status or function, I spent 10 minutes searching the internet and consulting the manual in a futile effort to learn what I was doing wrong…which, as it turns out, was nothing! Press shift, twist a knob; how hard can it be? Eventually, as we all do, I reached the “piss on a spark plug” stage of problem solving and rebooted the thing.
Dear UDO, thank you for your efforts and expertise in designing some truly unique and beautiful instruments. In the future, could you please be so kind as to consider adding a screen to your products?
