I just wonder if it’s common that UDO synths can hang on boot sometimes but not quite often. This has happen to my DMNO and my Super 6. I want to remember it has happen once on my super gemini also. Reason I ask this question is that after a hardware failure on my Super Gemini this scared the jesus out of me that rest of my UDO will break the same way. Please tell me is this something you encountered? It’s like if it’s a bug when it boots up and works after a normal power cycle on off. 
Looking on various forums including this one it does seem fairly common for UDO synths , including my S6, to sometimes glitch / hang up for no apparent reason. Anyway UDO make high quality synths let down by a slightly buggy O/S. Problem is like many others I do wonder if George and co actually acknowledge the issues and if so, can correct them without a major re-write of the operating code.

Make me wonder if UDO are in financial trouble or have just forgot about customer support for all but the latest toy.
I had no problem to get in touch with the support. But I guess they are very busy with firmware and stuff. It takes lots of time to run a company.
