I am able to get the SUPER6 BOOT drive to show up on my computer with not issues. I was able to update to the latest OS v1.6 on my Macbook running Sonoma. I copied over the .bin and preset file no issues.
At one point I was able to boot the PATCH drive by holding down patch and power cycling. Now that drive is no longer mounting to my desktop. I believe the last time I had it mounted, I used Disk Utility to reformat it and wipe it in an effort to upload a new set of waveforms, presets etc (start from scratch). I am aware you have to upload PATCH drive items in smaller segments and powercycle, however this drive partition is no longer showing up following the patch drive boot up instructions.
Anyone able to lend a hand here? Ticket is in w/ support but it’s super ineffective sending an e-mail a day back in forth in vastly different time zones.
In the meantime my Super 6 has been bricked for a week.
Did you check for hidden files? There is a special recovery procedure but you need to get it from UDO support for applying it correctly.
Unsure if formating disk can lead to issues. Maybe someone else can comment.
Thanks for the info! I think a drive recovery/reformat procedure is due. Yes I have hidden files showing and am able to delete them. However only the 2.9MB drive is poppi by up and not the 5mb+ one needed for patches.
Okay good. Maybe the format parameters didn’t match properly with original formating. Don’t got the Super 6 to compare against ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
When I had some drive issues on my Gemini, I had to follow a reformatting procedure sent to me by UDO - the reformatting being handled by the machine itself.

Narrowed the issue down to the following:
I followed the reformat procedure to reformat the drive to a partitioned FAT12. I am able to open and name the SUPER6-BOOT drive, but can’t rename or open the SUPER6 patch drive. It shows up on desktop but can’t be renamed. May have to grab my PC laptop to format.
