Would be more logical isn’t it? The way cross mod is now is not very usefull IMO Enabling thru zero modulation would open this beautiful synth to the real FM kingdom. Imaginne for instance assigning ADSR 1 to cros mod and obtaining proper FM index cranking sound. Would be amazing, and been FPGA…

Or maybe phase modulation on cross mod? Maybe this would be more easy to implement in a wave table and have a similar sound to thru zero FM in most cases.
