I’ve had my udo super 6 for a few months now and haven’t had any issues until now. I’m not getting any sound out of my udo super 6 and it appears that it is not receiving midi at all. I’ve tried using a new usb midi cable as well as a new 5 pin midi cable. I also bought new ¼ inch cables as well as tried listening with my studio headphones. I also updated the firmware to see if that would work and I even reset the super 6 to factory settings. I’m not sure what to do at this point, please help me if you can.
The only thing that has changed is that I mounted my Super 6 on a VESA mount

Did you try to unmount it from the VESA mount?
Maybe the screws are going too deep inside the rear panel and touch the main board?
Do not hesitate to write directly to U.D.O support, as they are not all the time monitoring here people’s problems, but they certainly respond to direct mail, maybe in one or two days time, and maybe a bit more since this WE there is a kind of gathering at LA organized by Buchla…

• Instrument name
• Serial number
• Firmware version
• Purchase date (new or used) and location (country, dealer)
and here they suggests the size of screws to use in order to avoid touching the motherboard/pcb of the Super6 Desktop
