Hi and welcome to the forum! Too bad it’s in these circumstances…
Did you try to unmount it from the VESA mount?
Maybe the screws are going too deep inside the rear panel and touch the main board?
Do not hesitate to write directly to U.D.O support, as they are not all the time monitoring here people’s problems, but they certainly respond to direct mail, maybe in one or two days time, and maybe a bit more since this WE there is a kind of gathering at LA organized by Buchla…
As says the manual:
If you are experiencing any issues with your Super 6, contact our technical
support at support@udo-audio.com.
Please provide the following information when you get in touch with us:
• Instrument name
• Serial number
• Firmware version
• Purchase date (new or used) and location (country, dealer)
and here they suggests the size of screws to use in order to avoid touching the motherboard/pcb of the Super6 Desktop
Same symptoms in another topic here.
Definitely, unmount it, and check if it comes back to normal, then check the screws length you used and maybe find shorter ones.
I sincerely hope you didn’t fry anything .
